Salsa Mondays & Bachata Wednesdays at Cahoots in Ann Arbor, Michigan in June 2025. No experience? No partner? No problem! Join our beginner dance classes at 6:30pm to learn the skills you need to have a good time on the dance floor. If you already have Latin dance experience, we have 4 different levels for each style we teach. Ask us for a free level placement so we can help find the best class for you!

If you’d like more individual attention, send us a message to schedule a private lesson. Patient, kind, talented instructors with over 20 years of teaching experience are ready to dance with you! This is a great way to get one on one experience dancing with a professional. You’ll be surprised by how much you can learn in just one hour when the class is all about you!

We specialize in many styles of Latin dance, including salsa, mambo, bachata, merengue, cha cha, casino & rueda de casino. In addition to our group & private dance lessons, we are also available for choreography, performances, and special events.

SCHEDULE

NY SALSA MONDAYS & BACHATA WEDNESDAYS

6:30-7:45pm Level 1 (Laura) & Level 3 (Luis)

8-9:15pm Level 2 (Luis) & Level 4 (Laura)

“How do your levels work?” We require instructor approval for levels 2-4 which can be done 10 minutes before/after any of our classes. Resist the temptation to move too quickly from one level to the next. It’s not a race! It’s better to take your time and perfect what you’re learning so that you can feel comfortable dancing and enjoy the experience!

We teach NY style salsa (On2) and fusion style bachata.
